Snow sports in Singapore
It may not be snowing anytime soon in Singapore, but you can still have fun with sports like figure skating, snow boarding and speed skating on this tropical island.
Conveniently located at Jcube, The Rink is Singapore’s only Olympic sized rink. The rink not only supports Singapore’s junior & senior figure skaters (which is why only certain hours are open to the public), but they also host skating classes, regardless of whether you’re interested in figure skating, speed skating or ice hockey.
Check out their website for more details on on-going promotions and events too. They occasionally hold free trials for interested participants as well.
Kallang Ice World
Located at Kallang Leisure Park, this ice rink is another alternative for those looking for recreational ice skating at the East. If you’re planning an Elsa themed birthday bash and want to go all out, the rink also hosts private events.

If skates aren’t your thing, Sportsquest at Snow City has snowboarding and skiing lessons. Aside from that, Snow City is also a great place to simply have fun, hold a snow fight or just simply experience the freezing cold right here in Singapore. Built as a family-centric attraction, this is great for you if you have kids or simply want to re-discover the inner kid in yourself again.
Snow City is located at 21 Jurong Town Hall Rd, Singapore 609433 and is open 10am – 6pm daily (until 7pm for the school holidays)
